TCA is very proud to say that the 11,000 SF Issaquah Highlands Fire Station #73 is the first fire station to be given a silver certification by the US Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) in the country!
Through the vision of the Issaquah Mayor and City Council, coupled with the talents of Tiger Mountain consulting, Buck & Gorgan and Paladino the community's new silver rated facility is intended to be a model for greater Environmental Sustainability in the future.
The 2-story, 3-bay station features a public meeting room, a hazmat wash area, kitchen, dining room, sleeping quarters, living area, exercise room and a 2nd floor porch overlooking Firehouse Park.
