Kirkland Plaza

Kirkland Plaza is a LEED Platinum residential project, located in Kirkland, WA. The building features 111 eco flats and studio apartments, with the integration of communal spaces for the residents and retail spaces on the ground floor. The project was in collaboration with Designs Northwest Architects.

Awarded an AIA 2020 NWW Design Award
