The role of Architect/Project Manager encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including design, construction documentation, collaboration, communication, design translation, BIM modeling, precise 3D rendering, budget management, code compliance, site visits, and construction administration. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
10 years of architectural work experience
Licensed Architect
Experience in Municipal and Civic projects
Strong project management skills
Ability to manage complex projects
Proficiency with Revit (BIM)
Understanding of the technical aspects of architecture and the assembly of construction documentation
Construction contract administration experience
A professional Architecture degree (or evidence of working towards a professional Architecture degree)
Ability to communicate effectively
Demonstrated skill in taking initiative
