TCA provided the architectural design for a new treatment facility in Lake Stevens including Headworks, Primary Effluent Screening, Digester, Equipment, Generator & Administration buildings.
TCA’s primary responsibility was for the architectural design of the new 3,400 SF Administration Building which included office, control, lab, crew break room, restroom, locker, shower, mechanical and electrical functions. The coordinated design of the plant structures was an important aspect of the overall project.
